The Forex Rebellion is a third party manual trading system that uses an Expert Advisor (EA) called Forex Rebellion EA Lite.  Because only one EA can be used on a given chart, we cannot use our Trade Manager (TM) expert advisor on the same chart as Forex Rebellion.  Therefore, we have converted the Forex Rebellion EA into an Indicator, thus allowing us to use TM with Forex Rebellion.

After you have purchased the original Forex Rebellion and  installed it, you can download and install the enhanced Rebellion Plus system. 

The downloaded zip file contains four files:

• #Rebellion Plus.ex4 .  This indicator does the same thing that the Forex Rebellion TA EA did, which is show the four rule statuses on the right side of the chart and to display a popup alert when all four Entry criteria (rules) have been met.  Team Forex has made the following enhancements to the original Trade assistant:
  
      -   Converted the original Expert Advisor into an Indicator
  
      -   Changed the arrows so that they appear when all 4 entry criteria occur, 
          not just the 4 & 5 EMA cross condition. 
  
      -   Added colored signal status icon in the top right corner of the chart so
          that when you tile your charts, you can see the trade signal status--Long,
          Short, or No Trade--of all your currency charts with a single glance. 
  
                     
                                            
  
      -   Added a Multi-Time Frame (MTF)  status tool that allows you to see
          the signal status of other time frame charts (for the same currency),
          without having to switch timeframes on your chart.
  
                 
  
      -   There are now fewer trend arrows on the chart.  You will no longer
           see consecutive arrows of the same  color-- the red and blue arrows
           will now alternate as the trend alternates.
  
      -   Added an alternate alert strategy.  You can now specify two timeframes
          whose signal statuses must match--both long or both short--before an
          alert (sound, popup, email) is given for a confirmed trade.  The chart will
          look the same except that the long and short arrow status icon in the
          upper right corner of the chart will have a small yellow diamond in  the
          center of the icon to indicate that the two timeframes agree.  This option
          provides fewer false alerts. 
  
                 
  
      -   Made the Rules text more concise and less obnoxious.
  
                
  
      -   The Entry point of a confirmed trade is shown as a small, black, right pointing arrow:
  
                 
  
      -   Added an email alert
  
      -   Added a parameter to name the Alert sound file, which allows one to hear
          a distinctive sound when the alert is given.  There are sound file available
          on the ForexToolShed site--click on Cool Tools, select Sound Clips.
  
  Move the #Rebellion Plus.ex4 indicator to your /experts/indicators/  folder.
   

• #Zones.ex4.  This indicator will add two colored vertical bands to your chart to show the first 4 hours of the London session and the entire New York session.  Move this indicator to your  /experts/indicators/  folder.
   

•  ##Rebellion Plus.tpl.  This template will apply the entire Forex Rebellion system to your chart, including the two indicators described above.  Move this template file to your   /MT4platform/templates/  folder.
   

•  ##Rebellion Plus Dark.tpl.  This template is the same as the one above, except that it has a dark background.  Move this template file to your  /MT4platform/templates/  folder.

If you do not want to use the ##Zones indicator (See the example below), then after you have applied the template, remove the #Zones indicator

Here is a 1 hour chart after applying the Team Forex ##Rebellion template.  The gray band is the first four hours of the London session and the pink band is the New York session.  The small black arrows are trade entry points.

Here is an example of how you can tile several charts so that you can see the status of all of the charts (multiple currencies) with a single glance.

 

Parameters

To access the parameters, right click on a blank space on your chart, click on Indicators List, click on #Rebellion Plus, click on the Edit button, and then click on the Inputs tab.

X_Distance:  The horizontal distance away from the edge of the chart where you would like the status information to appear.

Y_Distance:   The vertical distance away from the edge of the chart where you would like the status information to appear.

Corner:  The corner in which you want the status information to appear.  0 = top left, 1 = top right, 2 = bottom left, 3 = bottom right.

Bullish_Color:  Color of Long arrows and icons.

Bearish_Color:  Color of Short arrows and icons.

Base_Color:  Color of No Trade icons and other text.

Bars_of_History:  The number of bars of history for which trade arrows will be generated.

Email_Alert:   If you wish to be alerted by email (or cell phone), set this parameter to true, otherwise set it to false.  If true, you must have your email information set up in the email tab of your MT4 options.

Popup_Alert:  Set this to true if you want popup alerts, otherwise set it to false.

Sound_Alert:  Set this to true if you want sound alerts, otherwise set it to false.

Sound_File_Name:  If you wish to be alerted by a special, distinctive sound, you can enter the name of a sound file here.  It must have a .wav or .mp3 file suffix.

Alternate_Alert:  If you wish to be alerted only when two timeframes have matching signals--both long or both short, then set this value to true, otherwise set it to false.

Alt_TF1:  If the Alternate_Alert option above is set to true, enter the first time frame to be matched.

Alt_TF2:  If the Alternate_Alert option above is set to true, enter the second time frame to be matched.

        Note:  Valid time frames are:   5, 15, 30, 60, 240, 1440, 10080
